I love dyeing yarn using dried flowers and plants from our property. But sometimes I want a certain color. This light pink was created from a dried natural dye extract called cochineal. It’s fun to use these dyes too. You can also create pink from avocado pits but if you have iron in your water you won’t get a nice pink.
