Honestly, we love TSA! They are always so sweet with Mr Maple, even if they don’t know all the protocol. We do our best to educate them, since we’ve done this a lot more than they have! A guide dog’s harness is never to be removed and the dog cannot be separated from their handler. I’m still not sure why we had to go through twice, but I think it gave them time to get another agent’s help. Mr Maple is very patient and loves getting the required puppy-pat-down!! | Matthew and Paul
