In rallyx I see EVOs winning most often because of the longer 1st gear over the STI 5 vs 6 speed . Both are pretty good rally cars the EVO has won the most WRC races over the years.

STI are great fun if you want that subie sound and are OK with having around 300-350whp for the life of the car. Evo is if you want 400whp or more and a very raw barebones experience.
