The Heat scored 47 points in the third quarter and followed up with a 37-point fourth to defeat Denver by 24 after both teams were tied at the half. The 84-point scoring outburst in the second half marked the highest scoring second half in franchise history. As a result, Miami scored a season-high 147 points.
