SAN JOSE — A 36-year-old San Jose man was arrested earlier this month in connection with two dozen burglaries in downtown and East San Jose, police said.
Additional property believed to be from unreported break-ins was also recovered.
In each case, officials said victims reported arranging to meet for what appeared to be a legitimate online transaction.
