A massive Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid at a Hyundai manufacturing site in Georgia led to hundreds of immigrants being detained for apparently living and working in the U.S. illegally.

The state's governor, Republican Brian Kemp, had touted Hyundai's new electric vehicle operation as the biggest economic development project in the state's history, employing 1,200 people.

A judge criticized Newsmax's lawsuit, saying the lawyers inappropriately tried to build their case by stringing together allegations to compound the effect. Newsmax said it would refile.
