CM Punk has taken up a new unexpected role outside WWE. The World Heavyweight Champion is currently involved in a feud with The Vision on RAW and is set to defend his Title against Bron Breakker in a couple of weeks.

WWE Hall of Famer Tommy Dreamer has explained why he believes Gunther is the perfect next rival for CM Punk. CM Punk is currently set to defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker on the January 5 edition of WWE RAW.

Specifically, Breakker said that Punk has never cared about his wife or anybody in his life aside from himself. After slamming Punk for being a “self-centered piece of trash”, Breakker once again asked about which version of CM Punk he’s going to get on January 5th.

The Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan hosted the December 22 holiday edition of Raw on Netflix, building forward toward a major new year.

In 2025 alone, Roxanne Perez has hit both John Cena and Punk with her Pop Rox finishing move, and she exclusively told Metro she’d love a dream feud with the current World Heavyweight Champion.

This Monday night's episode of WWE RAW saw Austin Theory officially join The Vision and align with Paul Heyman's group. After revealing he'd been the masked man who attacked CM Punk at Survivor Series: WarGames, he has confirmed he intends to join a faction that showcases rising stars.

Austin Theory made waves last week on WWE Raw when he revealed himself to be the masked attacker that had been helping The Vision fight off CM Punk and others.
