A father's lawsuit against the online gaming platform Roblox will remain in the public eye after a judge denied the company's bid for private arbitration.

Texas Attorney General, Ken Pax­ton has brought a lawsuit against Roblox, claiming that young children using the gaming platform have been exposed to s*xually explicit content and grooming multiple times.

Back in May, Roblox announced that Dr. Elizabeth Milovidov was the new Head of Parental Advocacy, where she will “focus on building partnerships and programs to help equip parents with the tools to help their families navigate Roblox and the digital world,” according to a statement.

Texas AG Ken Paxton said the children have been “repeatedly exposed to sexually explicit content, exploitation and grooming” on the online game platform.
