“Saguache County Search and Rescue wishes to express our sincere condolences to the family of these young men,” the agency said in a Facebook post.

Two elk hunters who were reported as missing in the San Juan National Forest Wilderness Area on Saturday were found dead, the aunt of one of the hunters told FOX31 on Thursday afternoon.

Porter and Stasko’s car was located at the Rio Los Pinos Trailhead where they had planned to depart from.
