Silverback AI Chatbot has announced the introduction of its next-generation AI Agents, a major advancement in conversational technology designed to transform how organizations automate communication, manage workflows, and deliver real-time support.

Consumers can enable Personal Intelligence through a new option in the Gemini settings menu. The tool gives the chatbot access to information that the user keeps in other Google services such as Gmail, Google Photos and YouTube. Gemini draws on that data to refine its prompt responses.

Traditionally, many questions required support calls to command. The Navy Reserve needed a tool that would enable reservists to get answers quickly and without involving additional human resources. The solution: the Reserve Artificial Intelligence Navigator (RAIN), a mobile Q&A chatbot.

The assistant, which can answer health questions and help schedule appointments, comes on the heels of other health-focused AI tools from OpenAI and Anthropic.
