News Microsoft is now testing AI-generated text in Windows Notepad Both Paint and Snipping Tool are also getting new AI features of their own.

In Microsoft's build version 17713 of Windows 10, Notepad receives a few important updates that help modernize the antiquated utility.

The updated Notepad also adds text zooming. You can either navigate to the menu and select View > Zoom, or use Ctrl + Plus, Ctrl + Minus and Ctrl + MouseWheel to zoom in and out.

Microsoft is now testing an AI-powered text summarization feature in Notepad and a Snipping Tool "Draw & Hold" feature that helps draw perfect shapes.
