Air traffic at two Dallas-area airports returned to normal, the Federal Aviation Administration said Saturday, after a telecom equipment outage prompted delays and cancellations of hundreds of flights.

A man was killed in an early morning shooting Saturday in the Rochester Park neighborhood in South Dallas, according to police. Officers responded to a call about a shooting in the 2700 block of Donald Street at about 9:15 a.m., a statement from Dallas police said. When officers arrived at the scene, they found an “unresponsive male victim.”
