NEWBURGH, N.Y. (WNYT)- The cause of a plane crashing into the Hudson River is under investigation. The crash occurred last night near the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reports that a small plane, which took off from Long Island, was attempting an emergency landing when it crashed into the river.
